We start our process by learning about your needs. We
have to know the goals you are trying to accomplish so
we can develop an effective custom solution for you. You
can think of us as your personal Internet business consultant.
1. Client supply data and information needed. For example:
company profile, brochure, etc.
2. Proposal, mock up design and Sitemap (site structure)
will be sent to client
3. MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed after proposal,
mock up design with sitemap agreed by both parties.
4. Payment 50% upfront need to be done before we continue
with the storyboard.
5. ZC! team will proceed with storyboard for the whole
navigation system. Storyboard is the blue print of the
whole website, including the administration page (if
any) in either html format or image format (both are
in non workable system)
6. If the client agreed with the storyboard presented,
they will need to sign an agreement letter to approve
it before ZC! team proceed with the next development
phase
7. We proceed with the design and the development stage
of the whole website referring to the storyboard (development
phase is making the website into workable system)
8. Client may check the progress every week with the
given url.
(ex. www.zerocelcius.com/clientname)
9. When everything is done according to the story board
(including beta testing), client are required to pay
another 25% before ZC! team proceed to the real data
testing, upload and revision process.
10. Client may do the final verification before proceeding
to the final payment. (balance 25%) During this phase,
ZC! Team will fix and revise any bugs or errors found
by client in the website.
11. When the project has been successfully delivered
with no further revisions, both parties are required
to sign the "Berita Acara Serah Terima".
12. ZC! Team will then continue with the maintenance
phase (free of charge for the first three months). Maintaining
the website after the free three months period will
be upon client's request. Price may vary depending on
the complexity of the tasks.
